David Biviano
President/Owner
David grew up in the flooring business started by his parents. At age 6, he swept the warehouse and helped in the showroom. By the time he graduated from Ohio University, he had learned every aspect including managing the warehouse, installation and sales. After college he served in Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer, he then received his MBA from Johns Hopkins University and returned overseas working for USAID. In 1980 he returned to assume the family business. David is married with 2 sons and 2 grandchildren. David's goal is for every customer to be thrilled with their new floor and for Biviano's to have met their expectations from product selection to installation.

Anthony Augustine
Sales Manager
Anthony began his flooring career in the warehouse at Biviano Carpet One in 1989 as a high school student. While attending Youngstown State, he moved into retail sales and upon graduation moved to new construction sales. In 2001, he was promoted to Sales Manager. He was born and raised in Niles OH. Anthony is married with a son and daughter.

Lori Daniels
Sales Professional for Insurance Replacement and Residential Floors
Lori joined Biviano Carpet One in 2007 upon her graduation from Youngstown State. She specializes in the Insurance Replacement program and Retail Sales. Lori was born in Warren, OH and raised in South Carolina and Champion OH.

Joe Holecko
Sales Professional for Residential & Commercial Floors
Joe joined Biviano Carpet One in 2010. He is a true professional bringing 38 years of experience in flooring installation and sales. He specializes in residential and commercial flooring sales. He is married, the proud father of five children and one granddaughter. Joe was raised in Lake Milton and graduated from Jackson Milton High School.

Lynn joined Biviano Carpet One in 1983 after many years of teaching high school and 2 years working for the U.N.'s Women in Development program. She was raised in Baltimore MD, graduated from Ohio University and received her Masters from University of Maryland. She is married with two sons and two grandchildren.
